Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Our products normally ship within 2-5 business days after your purchase. The items purchased after 12 a.m. will not be shipped until next business day. We are closed on bank holidays.
We do NOT ship our items outside USA. For Alaska Hawaii and US Protectorates 3 day service is not available.
Improper Address
If you do not provide us the complete proper address or if you request the package to be delivered to another address (other than the one you originally provided us with) and our shipping company charges us, your credit card could be charged up to an additional $15.00.
Returns
If you have a problem with your order, we will fix it. We accept returns / exchanges during 14 days of the invoice date. There are few cases when you can return or exchange our product to another one:
You ordered the wrong item (you pay restocking fee $3 plus shipping)
The item was damaged during shipping (you pay restocking fee $3)
The item was damaged but not due to shipping (you pay restocking fee $6 plus shipping
You received the wrong item; incorrect item was shipped (in this case you don’t pay anything)
PLEASE get a DELIVERY receipt for the return. If we don't get the shirts you don't get a refund. Please give us 12 days to process your refund.
Clothing must be unwashed, unworn and in like-new condition.
If we sent a wrong t-shirt, we may ask for a photo. This will save your time from returning the t-shirt.
NOTE: if we feel that someone is trying to "play" the system, we reserve the right to charge any returns a $10 per shirt restocking fee!
